and designed to replace the Ancient Chantry Chapel with a similar dedication, formerly situated at St. Mary's Well, by the Riverside; was erected and endowed, A.D. 1858 by Lady Augusta Fitz-Clarence, in memory of her husband, Lord Frederick Fitz-Clarence, who is interred in the vault beneath this Chapel; where also lie their daughter Lady Frederica Augusta Georgina, with the pious Foundress, and Captain Theodore Williams A.D.C. to Lord Frederick. Eternal Rest grant unto them O Lord, And let perpetual Light shine upon them |
